All New BeMyPCs come with a 2-year hardware and labor warranty for the original purchaser, starting from the day of purchase.
BeMyPC will warranty all of the original parts in your system during the warranty period.
BeMyPC will not charge for repair labor or phone support.
BeMyPC honors warranty on systems with overlocking/manual tuning of bios settings, as long as overclocking/manual tuning of bios settings is not directly responsible for failure of component. Non-related components still remain under full warranty.
BeMyPC honors warranty on systems with future hardware modifications done by buyer, as long as modifications of hardware are not directly responsible for failure of component. Non-related components will still remain under warranty.
BeMyPC warranty does not cover additional modifications done by the buyer, whether hardware or software.
-As necessary, we will employ virtual on-site, remote diagnostic software to correct any issues we can remotely
-If necessary and capable, Viirty may advance swap a hardware component to provide a better service experience
-Even once your system is outside of its BeMyPC warranty period, some individual components inside your PC may still carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We will do our best to help you engage those manufacturers to take advantage of their warranty, should you decide to make repairs yourself
-BeMyPC will have, at its discretion, the ability to swap or replace your system with an equivalent model
To exercise your warranty rights, you must return the hardware to the original place of purchase, with the original sales receipt attached or included digitally. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees.
BeMyPC holds the right to determine which failed components are cause solely from future hardware modification not done by BeMyPC.
BeMyPC holds the right to determine which failed components are cause solely from overclocking of components (by any software application or by bios) not done by BeMyPC.
Repairs are considered ineligble for warranty service if:
-The system is no longer covered by the BeMyPC warranty or by consumer law
-The issue you are reporting was caused by accidental damage or unauthorized modifications (accidental damage examples include improper connection to a power supply or other improper operations)
-The issue you are reporting is caused by third party software
-BeMyPC cannot address the issue you are reporting
BeMyPC is not responsible for any software or data installed on the PC that was not originally supplied by BeMyPC. BeMyPC is not responsible for the support of third party programs.
BeMyPC is also not responsible for damage caused by user overclocking of components.
BeMyPC will honor warranty on systems with overlocking/manual tuning of bios settings, as long as overclocking/manual tuning of bios settings is not directly responsible for failure of component. Non-related components will remain under warranty.
BeMyPC will offer best effort support, but will reserve the right to refer to the appropriate third party support where appropriate.
Before returning a PC back to Viirty, please remove any additional modifications you have made as to return the product as stock as possible.

To be eligible for a return, the buyer must provide evidence of purchase date, order ID or Invoice Number, reason for return, and Return Order Number.
To receive a Return Order Number please email hello@viirty.com with the subject Return Order Number. At its sole discretion, BeMyPC may accept or deny the buyer's claim for return, refund, exchange, or damages.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, BeMyPC may change its Warranty Policy from time to time. BeMyPC encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Warranty Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the change log below, and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice. Your further use of the Services after a change to our Warranty Policy will be subject to the updated policy.

BeMyPC will charge for shipping the PC from the buyer (you) to the seller (BeMyPC).
BeMyPC will not charge to ship the PC back the buyer.
