We pack the GPU seperately from the PC during shipping. This means that the GPU will be shipped in its own box, and you will need to install it into the PC yourself upon arrival.
A demonstration video pertaining to your specific build will be included with purchase and installation of GPU should take no more than 15 minutes.
A direct line of communication with a Super Admin is included with purchase, so you can feel free to call, text, or facetime the day your PC arrives with any questions.
In the future we wish to make this an optional feature, but at the current moment all PCs are shipped with the GPU packed seperately.
Choosing to have the GPU either packed seperately or pre-installed in the future will not affect the price or warranty of the PC.
All PCs are shipped same business day and usually arrive within 7 business days.
Shipping and delivery prices are fixed and included in the price of the PC.
As of the current moment we only offer US shipping.
All PCs are shipped double-boxxed.
BeMyPC holds the right to reserve or hold an order to quality or security reasons/ review. If your order is notified, you will be notified within 2 business days.
For both domestic and international orders, if a package is deemed “lost” or “stolen” it is up to the courier to trace the package. BeMyPC will not send out a replacement product until we get verification from the courier that the package is confirmed to be “lost/stolen” and will reimburse BeMyPC for the cost of the product. Without confirmation from the courier, it is impossible for us to know if the customer will receive two shipments, if a replacement is shipped out with no confirmation. All packages are required to be signed by the recipient.
Once a package has been updated/labeled as “shipped” customers may not be able to cancel an order. The package must reach its final destination, and then the customer is eligible for a refund, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping, and (depending on the return) a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, BeMyPC may change its Shipping Policy from time to time. BeMyPC encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Shipping Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the change log below, and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice. Your further use of the Services after a change to our Shipping Policy will be subject to the updated policy.
