Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final and "As Is"
Only items that have been purchased directly from BeMyPC.com can be returned to BeMyPC. BeMyPC products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
BeMyPC will not replace, repair, or refund any purchase if the item serial numbers do not match.
Unless due to error caused solely by BeMyPC, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, the buyer must provide evidence of purchase date, order ID or Invoice Number, reason for return, and Return Order Number.
To receive a Return Order Number please email hello@viirty.com with the subject Return Order Number. At its sole discretion, BeMyPC may accept or deny the buyer's claim for return, refund, exchange, or damages.
No refund, credit, or exchange is allowed after 30 days from the date of the invoice on all PCs. All PCs returned must have the Return Order Number prominently displayed on the shipping label. All products returned must be securely packed and delivered to BeMyPC in an undamaged condition. BeMyPC reserves the right to refuse or reject returned merchandise for failure to follow the conditions set forth herein.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
Once BeMyPC has received and inspected the package, the refund will be applied back to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@viirty.com.
Any refund offered by BeMyPC is in no way an admission of any liability, wrong-doing, or negligence on the part of BeMyPC, but instead, is a simple expression of good will. In the event you are offered a refund of monies actually paid, each and every aspect of this waiver and limitation of liability shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that the aggregate damages to which you are entitled for all claims or causes of action against BeMyPC is limited to the actual funds paid by you to BeMyPC, and you waive and forever release BeMyPC for any damages in excess of such amount.
Return Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Viirty may change its Return Policy from time to time. Viirty encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Return Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the change log below, and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice. Your further use of the Services after a change to our Return Policy will be subject to the updated policy.

BeMyPC will charge for shipping the PC from the buyer (you) to the seller (BeMyPC).
BeMyPC will not charge to ship the PC back the buyer.
